Benarda Beqaraj

DDS. MSc Benarda Beqaraj Veliu is a highly qualified dental professional with over 22 years of experience in dentistry. She completed her specialization in Oral Surgery and Implantology and has gained extensive and well-recognized professional experience both nationally and internationally.
She currently serves as a Lecturer at Aldent University, where she teaches Implantology and Periodontology, actively contributing to the academic and clinical education of future generations of dentists. For many years, she has also been a regular participant and invited speaker at national and international medical science congresses and symposia.
Dr. Benarda possesses a broad spectrum of contemporary knowledge, built upon a solid and well-established clinical practice, combined with a strong commitment to patient care. Since 2004, she has also been qualified as a Dental Laboratory Technician, a background that allows her to adopt an integrated, precise, and highly personalized approach to aesthetic and functional prosthetic treatments, with meticulous attention to every detail of the final outcome.
Her professional training is further enhanced by a one-year Master’s program in Orthodontics, completed under the supervision of Professor Renzo Sorato, providing a balanced and comprehensive approach to both functional and aesthetic orthodontic treatments.
Dr. Benarda is the only specialist in Albania with advanced training in soft tissue management (periodontology around teeth and implants), achieved through the Second-Level University Master’s Program in “Soft Tissue Management Around Teeth and Implants.” This advanced program was completed at the University of Bologna, under the direction of Professor Giovanni Zucchelli, a world-renowned authority in aesthetic periodontology.
This second-level Master’s program focused on the diagnosis and clinical treatment of soft tissue pathologies around teeth and implants, including mucogingival surgical techniques, treatment of gingival recessions, periodontal regeneration, and advanced soft tissue therapies around implants. This specialized education provides Dr. Benarda with deep, highly focused, and internationally recognized expertise.
For many years, Dr. Benarda has successfully applied the BOPT technique (Biologically Oriented Preparation Technique), a modern and highly advanced method in prosthetic and aesthetic dentistry. She was personally trained by Professor Ignazio Loi in Padua, as part of the official intensive course conducted by Prof. Loi in collaboration with Dr. Marcon. Thanks to this direct training, she is among the very few professionals in Albania personally certified by the professor himself to apply the BOPT technique, delivering long-lasting aesthetic and biological results, with maximum respect for soft tissues and gingival harmony.

The check-up at the dentist should be done at least twice a year. This is done so that you can avoid in time any problem, no matter how small with your oral health. However, after your first visit to the dentist, he can give you his recommendations on the next visit.
There is no way to treat a cracked tooth at home. You should have a check-up at the dentist.
If your tooth hurts all the time, there may also be a damaged nerve or blood vessel, so it should never be overlooked.
The space between the teeth is pleasing to some people, just as it is not to some. However, aesthetic procedures make it possible to eliminate these spaces.
Because the jaw is small (in most cases), maturity teeth also affect other teeth because they do not have enough space to come out or develop normally. If the maturity tooth pushes other teeth, it can damage or increase the risk of infection in that area. This pressure can cause problems with the collection of other teeth or require orthodontic treatment to fix the other teeth.
